I wish we had bought a safe years ago so I can say that we are very pleased with this. We decided to go up a size from what we had originally though we wanted and we have more than enough room for everything we want to put it in it. There is more room to spare for when we are out of the house for a longer period. Its amazing what you think to put in a safe, you keep thinking of things...

For me, the single best thing is now not worrying when we are away on holiday, the peace of mind is great!

We bought this safe after our house was burgled. We searched around for a suitable safe that could be fixed to the wall and floor and was small enough so that it could be placed in the house without being noticed. It fits the bill perfectly. It is sturdy and sound. The mechanism is easy to use. We preferred a key lock as we were less convinced about the safety of a digital lock (with me being a statistician!) The keys are kept separate and only in the house when we are. We feel happy now that are valuables are kept safer.

Great product and simple to install. I looked around several other websites that sold this type of safe before picking this one. having "cash rating" certainly makes the choice simpler. I found that most home insurers are now insisting that security products have security ratings.

Recommend two people lift the safe into position during its installation and do have the right size masonry drill. Once level and in position make sure that the door will fully open unhindered. inside the safe you can either use the shelves provided or just use the safe without. would recommend buying a 3rd key from the supplier as safe keys attract a high cost in the High street stores. All in all a great product sensibly priced and speedily delivered.

Apart from the above how do you review a product, only purchased fairly recently, and used maybe once a week. I chose an appropriate capacity, it opens when I want it to and I haven't had a burglary to test its security!

First time safe purchaser, but after some searching on theworld wide web I found the Phoenix Lynx SS1172k and it did exactly what I needed. There are certainly lower cost options out there but do you research first and have a good think about what you need from a safe - both now but in the longer term.

Buying on the website was easy, and the communication was great.

The safe arrived on time, and although I''m no DIY expert it was easy enough to install. I had originally thought I would need to get a specialist company to come out to my house to supply and fit a safe but that was a lot more expensive and definitely not needed.

I now have peace of mind and the added scurity I needed.

Good basic security for normal householders, though you'll probably want more for the crown jewels.

I found this safe cheaper elsewhere but Safe.co.uk honoured the 'refund twice the difference if you find it cheaper elsewhere' policy which I wasn't expecting as in my experience there's usually some small way of retailers squirming out of these 'promises'.

The safe was still available elsewhere very slightly cheaper than what I eventually paid but I went with this company because they were more helpful and generally more trustworthy than the other options and cheaper than nearly all the others.

No regrets. They supplied a great product with great service at an excellent price.
