About The Safe Shop

The Safe Shop is a division of the Ribble Communications Group, founded in 1985 and based in Preston, Lancashire.


Our website was launched in 2003 providing sales and service on just a few limited safe manufacturers. We have since increased our range of products to include all the major safe manufacturers including Chubb, Phoenix, Sentry and Burton, to name but a few. Our full range of safes now includes over 600 models and is by far the largest and most comprehensive available on any UK safe website today.


Due to our extensive range of security products our website is under constant development and leads the way in easy to use navigation features and buying tools allowing customers to browse our products quickly and easily. Online specifications are 100% up to date and our unique size chart lets you see the true size of any safe or cupboard available.


Over the past 4 years we have provided security solutions to over 30,000 customers including many recognisable brand leading companies and now supply in excess of 500 safes per month to private individuals, schools, large corporate organisations and government bodies.
