Bought this key operated safe for a partially sighted ninety five year old relative who would have found it difficult to use a digital keypad version.The key is quite chunky which means she finds it easy to grip and to manipulate in the lock. The fact that she finds the safe easy to use means she does actually use it, wearing the key on a necklace so she knows where to find it! The safe is quite small but big enough to accommodate her cash, building society passbooks etc. as well as other items - like a small make-up bag which she used to keep losing before she had the safe! It's good that she feels she has somewhere to keep things she doesn't want to lose! The product is of good quality and very fit for the purpose for which it was bought.

Great sized and priced safe for the little but important things in the house. I keep keys, paperwork, valuables in there.

Simple and secure easy to use just what I wanted there's nothing not to like

The website was very clear and easy to use, ordering was made very easy and the safe arrived exactly when it was stated to. The desciption of the item was also spot on and therefore overall there were no suprises when ordering or receiving the product. The build quality was probably better than expected as the safe was finished nicely. I have had no need to make contact with the company therefore I can not comment on after sales customer service, proving the old addage that no news is good news. There is really nothing more that you can ask of the product or the company.

I was recommend a safe with this type of key by the locksmith that I called to open the previous safe that I had which he had to drill the lock out! This safe is easy to use and is very secure.

just what was needed

Absolutely fits my needs I live alone and needed an element of extra security. Compact robust and perfect for the job. Found it attached easily to my floor then moved it higher up as i have mobility problems needed it nearer to chest height and it unscrewed easily and re-attached with ease.

Fit for purpose and good value.

Reason for my purchase of this item was due to the size, as it had to fit in a special location. I would have preferred a safe with digital combination entry lock - but not able to find one in the dimensions required I settled for the key type, which I have to say is and works perfectly, now perhaps I feel the digital is really not necessary but would have liked it all the same, this is the only reason I gave 8 out of 10 for the first two on the Rating list, otherwise could be a 9 or 10. Regarding the storage capacity - yes a little small but for my needs it is sufficient remembering that I mainly needed the size of the safe to fit into the location I had.
