Original safe returned as shelf fixings were uneven. Safe handle was almost unusable so our maintenance man "fixed" that. The delivery drivers were unable to move it up the stairs as it is so heavy, so we had to arrange this separately (twice because original safe returned). As it is floor based and it gets used a lot, I have to sit on the floor to access contents (although this isn't the safe's fault!). I assume the security is "Great". If the purpose of having the safe is to store things that won't be needed regularly then I am sure it would be perfectly fine.
