This safe itself provides a good level of security for the price point, although it may be worth drilling more security fixing points to anchor it to the wall or floor. The safe I received has a poor fitting door which means that opening it is a challenge - it catches on the upper frame of the front aperture and there's little on the front to provide a grip to pull open door open. We cope, but it's a shame that it doesn't swing open easily, as it should.

I bought 4 safes for our small B&B. It was very simple to choose the right product on the web-site. All the specs are there with video to help you to understand the products. They were delivered for the planned date, in good packaging. I installed them myself: very easy job. Guests love them. They are easy to use, big enough for any item they want to store, including big laptops. It's an additional service that we provide to our guests at a very reasonable cost. When you do the investment you can forget them. I will certainly buy again form them.

The safe is reasonably well made and easy to setup and use. The only drawbacks are that it doesn't have a door handle (fiddly) and the supplied fixing bolts are of poor quality (purchased Rawl bolts separately) on the whole good value for money from The Safe Shop.

I'm using this safe in my motorhome for storing my rather large high power laptop as I work from the van quite a lot. This was the smallest safe that could take my laptop and other computing gear (and other valuables) and it suits the purpose perfectly! One strong point in it's favour against other safes are the metal keys. Other safes often use membrane type keypads where the most commonly used keys soon become quite obvious.

The rawl bolts could have a better quality, also the size of the hole required for the rawl bolts sleeve is not stated. I needed to buy two new rawl bolts. An improvement could be the addition of a partial shelf. The build quality is good, the capacity is also good, the value for money is also excellent. I am totally satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend this Safewell 20 HG Hotel Safe to my friends. Your delivery timescales were also excellent. I bought this safe after seeing it installed in the rooms at the "Days Hotel" in Bournemouth, the installation of a safe was the main recommendation of customers when asked for suggestions, when the hotel was refurbished.

Pros: easy to install and it holds the laptop Cons: lack of information on what size drill to fix it with , I ended up having to buy 2 drills. it didn't say on instructions about pressing hash key when closing door.
