This postbox was delivered promptly. It is easy to use and has plenty of space for large and small mail, small parcels and packages. The opening at the bottom is ideal to put the newspaper in. As it’s outside on the wall the stainless steel gets mucky but cleans up like new with either a stainless steel wipe or spray. It comes with two keys (a spare in case you mislay one) and once the mail is in the box it’s secure. It’s functional, good looking and great value for money. I would highly recommend this product and be very happy to use this company again.

We have had this post box a few months now and have no issues apart from a gap in-between the front of the door and its backing. Some people cant be bothered to open the top flap and shove a letter or leaflet through this gap making it very difficult to get out. Thats just someone being laze and for us it doesn't distract from the box itself as it has only happened twice. The box is stylish and holds sufficient post of varying sizes.

We Chose this not only for its features but also for the contemporary design. It is very attractive and easy to clean.

Would certainly recommend the Estilo 23 to anyone thinking of purchasing a new post box.

Nice looking product: the postperson seems to like it and began using it immediately even though we still had the letter box. One needs two hands to open it: one to hold the lid up, then the other to turn the key. It's a bit more fiddly than anticipated, and looks as if it would be easy to break into if anyone could be bothered. However, it is better than some we looked at. Nice product but could be improved upon: perhaps soft close hinges or some mechanism for keeping the lid up.

Great letter box. It has taken 45 years at this address and 5 letter boxes. Every single one of them has leaked like a sieve with our strong south westerly winds until I purchased the Estilo 23. No leaks what's so ever and saved me having to rest my post on our Aga for the day before I am able to open the soggy envelope so the contents doesn't disintegrate. Such heaven.

We have just renovated a school into two domestic dwellings, and on ours, we had a new front door fitted "with NO LETTER BOX aperture". So, after chatting with the "postie", he "recommended" a top access post container, which is "exactly" what we purchased. Following a prompt delivery, it was easy to fit, is easy for the "postie" to leave our letters etc.., its design is excellent for keeping mail dry, which is most important, and the product is made from materials which are very good quality. Following this, we have no problem accessing our mail, I am one very happy customer all round.

Looks very good once mounted. Only been up a few months so cant tell how it will survive our wet climate, but good so far.

When mounting, if you dont adjust the way its fitted to wall, the top will scrape the wall when opened. Easily rectified by putting thicker spacers at top fixings than at the bottom but these were not supplied so just be aware.

We love our post box a few people have knocked on the door and asked me where we got it from ..so yes very pleased and can hold a fair amount of post . Looks great and works ,a fair price really and well built . 5* from us .

Stylish and secure. Postman likes it but paperboy hasn?t found where to put the papers!
