A good product and just the right size for our business, not too small and not too big. Particularly like the cash drawer which allows surplus cash to be put in the safe without having to open it. As the safe is for a community shop run by several volunteers it means they can put surplus cash into the safe without a key or knowing the combination. We choose the version with a combination lock to save having to worry about who has a key, now anyone who needs access to the safe can have the code and this can be changed if necessary.

Highly delighted as the above rating suggests, the only negative criticism with this model for me was the existing internal bolt hole fixing centres would have been better set at 300 mm, (standard spacing to suite floor Joists) - not withstanding this the safe was proberbly designed and intended for concrete floor fitment.

However I overcame the problem as follows, cut a steel plate @500mm x 500 mm x 15 mm thk- drilled & tapped 4 x holes M12- consistent with the existing bolt hole c/trs supplied integral within the safe. Then I drilled 4x further holes @12 mm Dia & csk to suite M10 H/Duty csk coach screws (within the footprint perimeter of the safe) & central - ref in the 15 thk plate at 300 mm ctrs to suite the above mentioned joist.

I Then Proceeded to bolt the said plate to the floor- & then in turn finally fitted the safe to the floor plate via the existing bolt centres as intended, problem solved.
