This is an excellent product. Installation was difficult but the installers took good care to avoid damage by placing temporary steel sheets over the access route and guided the safe to its final installation point without damaging paintwork or furniture. The safe has been faultless since installation providing a high level of security against both fire and theft for its contents. Safe.Co.uk provided a good service. My safe was ordered with a combination lock but the safe when delivered had a key operated lock. Safe.co.uk offered to send an engineer to retrofit the combination lock free of charge or to provide a refund of the price difference. I chose the refund as I found the key operation perfectly satisfactory. The entire transaction was carried out in a polished professional and client focussed manner.

We purchased this safe after a lot of research into Chubb models and we are really happy with it. It was expensive but worth it for the peace of mind and knowledge that it meets insurance requirements. The space in which it was being fitted was very small and awkward, so they sent somebody first to survey it and confirm whether they can install the safe. He was really helpful and went the extra mile for us, as well as coming on the final delivery to check everything went okay. The set up instructions were not sent with the safe, but after one phonecall they were emailed through and we set up the code while on the phone to someone from thesafeshop. Overall we are really satisfied with the purchase and customer service.
