We use this safe to store controlled drugs/ medications in a busy residential service supporting adults with Autism. It is accessed multiple times throughout the day.

This safe appears to be an excellent quality product. Number buttons for access are robust and seem able to stand the test of time (repeated frequent use), they are easy to use with plenty of space for big fingers- cannot easily press wrong buttons and can be accessed quickly. Access is simple but contains sufficient steps to avoid unauthorised access. Safe is easy to use and operate so suits a busy staff team with residents with high support needs. Will be replacing other safes over time with this model.

Button style keypad is far better than a flat keypad. Included shelf is very useful. No quite big enough to take A4 sheets in a folder without creasing.

Shelf is not adjustable so it is either across the middle or laid on the bottom.

Size, Ease of installation. Compact and yet secure. I wish it would take a standard A4 folder.

Excellent stylish product, easy to fit setup & use.

A good security point is that the door auto swings fully open when unlocked.

A big bonus point is the ability to open the safe with a key. My last safes lock failed and it took hours with drills/lump hammer/chisels to smash the door open. All being done in a very confined space.

No light. I use a small stick-on LED light inside.

The safe itself is nice and big and does feel very sucure. Iv not had a crow bar on it to test it but it looks like it could withstand a criminal.The shelf inside is very useful. I have added an led light that comes on when the door is opeded to mine but apparently there is a model that has this included. The one issue i did have was with the fixing bolts, they were very light which instinctively told me they were cheap and not made of a good material and when i drilled the hole and tried to tighten them they snapped, which meant I had to head to the hardware store for replacements.

Dimensions do not include the control panel which is about 1 cm more this meant the doors won't shut on my cupboard when I ordered safe basedon stated dimensions

I ordered the large safe so that I could keep an A4 document inside... which it does but only if you stand it up don't think you could put an A4 file into tho. On the positive side I really do like this safe it was easy to set up and not as heavy as I was expecting. I love that it comes with keys and batteries included so you literally could just set it up and you were good to go. There is an internal shelf inside the safe too which can be removed but I preferred to keep it in there to separate my items. On the whole I'm really pleased with my purchase and the communication and delivery of the product were second to none. Would definitely consider buying from this firm again in the future 10/10😃

This is our second purchase of a Yale Office safe for our new home office which was based upon our satisfaction with our first Yale (smaller) safe.

We required an additional one with just a bit larger capacity and this ticks all the boxes. We particularly like the keypads operation as they are easy to read. Our research found there are cheaper safes on the market but we feel Yale offer value for money and home insurance company recognise the name and I believe reduced the premium. The Web site is clear and ordering process is straight forward and delivery was as promised.

The product is good, well made and sturdy. The locking/unlocking mechanism takes a bit of getting used to but can be mastered easily enough. Plenty of storage space inside and it can be securely mounted easily. I had a slight problem when I tuned the safe upside down while the door was open - The door fell off its hinges and a little spring came free! A bit of thought allowed me to understand the spring loaded door mechanism and put it all back in working order. Beware if you turn it upside down with the door open - although why you would want to I have no idea. I can't remember why I did.
