Removable shelf - to enable vertical storage of large items, such as a laptop. Very solid and confidence-inspiring build quality. Doddle to setup.

One can never have a large enough safe, as it is so easy to think of extra things that would be good to put in there, but this is an excellent compromise on size and cost.

I bought two of these safes and the newest one seems to have a sticky opening actuator. I have learnt the knack of wiggling the handle gently during opening, which seems to do the trick. No real bother though and seems to be improving with use, so not a showstopper.

Instructions to bolt safe down were an A3 photocopied piece of paper and pretty much useless to be honest.

Handle drops down after opening and locks in postition so you have to put the code in again to lock it and hand is a little rattly.

Alhough its a big safe because its fire proof the inside isn't as big as you would expect but big enough for my needs.

Has a great build quality and the built in alarm is a good deterrent.

It comes with a useful 'bit's n bobs' tray and also an adjustable metal tray which is great for maximising the use of the internal space which is probably the best a this price range considering it's data protection qualities!

The electronic combination lock is so easy to use and is very clear in light or dark due to the blue backlight!

Not really any cons given the price rage (I'm thinking of locking bolts given the hinged part of the door has steel 'struts' that go into the frame instead)

My personal preferance would be for the Key Override to be more hidden as I wonder if it is a 'weak spot?'

For the price charged, speed and helpfulness re delivery this is a value for money product. After previous dramatic experience on another make of safe when the electronics totally failed, the back up of a key - which we know works - gives piece of mind.

Very small keys which can jam in if pushed wrong. Ensure good light and if necessary wear your glasses so you can see if a key jams. I fitted something to keep batteries tighter as some battery makes do not seem to fit well.

Perfect size for our requirements. Backup key. Decent handle to open. Backup power connection if battery fails in side safe.

internal capacity is perfect for storing all I need, and for the money the safe has the added bonus of being both a security safe and a fire safe. The safe itself is extremely simple to use and fit.

Very little cons, only minor issue is the leaver can drop and lock while the door is open, but this really is me being picky.

Smaller inside than I thought, never bought a safe before so probably my mistake. Also the interior shelf is not the best and falls of regulalry. Otherwise a good product

The door is not a snug fit so any dampness in the room is transmitted within. My safe is in the cellar and so I have to carefully wrap documents in airtight packs.

Perfect size for our need

The locking system - once you have opened the safe door you have a short time before it self locks, then to close the door you have to enter the pass number again.

Solid and heavy weight

Plastic keypad surround seems feeble, Alarm is quiet and does not run for long so it is no deterent, the handle on the door whilst the safe is open does not stay in the open position and falls down on it's own, so you have to re-enter the code again to operate the lever.

Despite its bulk, A4 is not a good fit inside, so I fold documents - A5 lies flat on the shelves. Buttons and display a bit small, given that safes are usually on the floor. When open, handle easy to nudge so have to enter code again to close safe.

I have purchased 2 phoenix titan 1252e safes.

They are very robust and built for the job. Easy to anchor to the floor for further security.Delivery time was very fast, Would recomend this product.
