Pros: A very well-made product which matches its description perfectly. Cons: The start-up instructions are not as clear as they might be.

Never having bought a safe before and having only experience of hotel safes I must say I am impressed by it's quality and that it came with batteries & the fixing kit to bolt it down. My wife and I use it on a weekly and sometimes daily basis and are both impressed by it's ease of use. Would definitely recommend the safe especially as it's price and fire retardant time is excellent compared to others found both locally and online. Also the range of sizes available was far bigger than those advertised elsewhere.

This safe was bought as a damaged safe, but when it arrived the damage was just one small dent which was only cosmetic and was hardly noticeable. The reduced price made it very good value for money and lot cheaper than comparable safes from other suppliers.

The size was sufficient for folders greater than A4 to be stored such as the deeds to our house and the overall capacity was more than adequate for all our important documents and valuables.

A shelf would have been useful to separate different contents.

The operation of the safe is pretty simple but the instructions are not very clear.

Overall the safe is good value for money secure and large enough for our household valuables and documents.

The safe met our needs exactly; though it was much heavier than we thought it would be. The security system works very well and there are sufficient safeguards in place if the worst happens and the safe is accidentally closed and the combination number is forgotten and the key is inside the safe!

As for ease of use, it couldn't be simpler. We now feel that we have a safe and secure location for our various high value items and my partner is reassured that her jewellery is protected if we are burgled. One thing is certain and its that nobody is easily walking away with the safe and its contents!

Very nice product, with good specification for fire protection and also suitable for data digital storage. Easy to set up and operate. Keypad is plasticky and the keypad on the first safe I received did not operate at all necessitating urgent phones calls to arrange a replacement (excellent support from the Safe Shop)

It would be a real benefit if there was a left or right hand door opening option or a door hinge system that could be reversed.

Would also be nice if it was supplied with an adjustable shelf and / or tray to help separate storage of A4 files and smaller items.

This safe is perfect as a home safe for jewellery, important documents and archive photo storage drive. It is well made and certainly feels solid and secure. The digital keypad is easy to set-up but can be hard to see when the safe is bolted to the floor. The safe is HEAVY - which is a good thing and comes with fixing bolts. The packaging is large and has plenty of protection for the safe. There is also instructions for extracting the safe from the packaging, which may sound unnecessary, but is actually very useful since the whole package is so heavy. I would thoroughly recommend.

Fitted my need completely.

Ideal product for us - hopefully we wont need to test the fire side but the safe seems very secure and like the fact it can be bolted to the floor.

Does all I would expect.
