- The Phoenix Mercury HS2042e high security safe has been tested and certified by ECBS to Eurograde 2 standard, providing an insurance rating of £17,500 cash or £175,000 valuables. The Phoenix Mercury HS2042e is fitted with a unique steel barrier profile for extra strength against drill or cutting attack and the door is secured by a VdS Class 1 battery powered electronic combination lock. This safe comes ready prepared for floor fixing via pre-drilled holes in the base and is supplied with fixing bolts. We also offer a professional installation service at an additional cost. There are also 4 larger models available in this range.

Good safe, and really easy to setuo and use. The door is incredibly thick, which limits the size of items you can get in (depth wise) so just be careful of this !

Can this safe be fixed to a wall or the floor only?
What happens if the battery for the electronic keypad runs out?Anonymous
This unit is suitable for floor fixing only, this is often the case with safes of this security level. Should the batteries die on the safe they can be changed on the outside of the unit in the keypad itself. This can then be operated using the code currently set.Phil RWas this helpful?4
