The Chubbsafes Elements Fire 20K is an S2 approved £4,000 cash rated (£40,000 valuables) security safe with 30 minutes fire protection for documents, tested to EN15659-30P. The safe is secured by a double bitted key lock and includes pre-drilled fixing holes in the base.

Simple and effective product

Cons

Not as much storage as it looks due to the lock taking up quite a bit of room but that is something I should have taken into consideration.
