The Chubbsafes Deca 25E is designed for high security use and includes an EN 1143-1 Eurograde 1 cash rating of £10,000 or £100,000 valuables rating. The safe is secured by a Class B high security electronic combination lock and provides 30 minutes fire protection for paper documents. The Chubbsafes Deca 25E is ready prepared for floor fixing via pre-drilled holes in the base and is supplied with fixing bolts.

How does one open the safe if the batteries run out?

There is no need to open the safe to replace the battery. The battery compartment is located on the underside of the keypad and your existing PIN code is retained in the lock memory. Once the battery is replaced the safe will function as normal.
