This is a fantastic product that suffers none of the issues that plague many other electronic safes.

1. The buttons are proper rubberized buttons, not pressure pads that will wear and advertise your code.

2. The batteries are accessible from outside so no master keys or secret buttons to worry about, when the batteries run out.

3. There are little adjustment screws in the frame to stop the door rattling when you press the buttons. TIP: get some sticky back felt and line the door frame with it too.

4. Sensible sized wall fixings are provided making mounting a doddle.

We use this safe all day every day and it offers good piece of mind with all our keys locked away over night.

This is an excellent, strong, very secure, high quality key safe cabinet capable of holding individual keys or large bunches of keys. Labels and key rings are also provided. It is very robust and strong with thick plate - hence it would be very difficult to break into the safe.

It is easy to open with a simple battery operated high quality digital keypad. It was easy to fit by drilling four holes and came with all necessary fixings. Very neat in appearance. I am very pleased with this purchase and it was certainly good value.

The only drawback I found is that the enamel around the door was slightly flaky. The Safe Shop kindly and quickly replaced the first key safe received due to poor enameling - however the second one was no different so I accepted it.

Bought this for my estate agency. Perfect from my needs but as I probably hold around 20 - 30 sets of keys at any one time. If you had the maximum 80 keys in there I think it would fill a bit tight

Good to use, useful that the batteries are on the outside. There is no master key with it and we haven't had to use the 'recovery procedure' yet, but I am not sure how this would go.

We looked around at numerous safes from a variety of different suppliers as our insurance company now required us to obtain a key safe. We eventually chose to go for the 80/HS Electronic Key Cabinet. With it's colour coded key hangers both inside the cabinet and on the inside of the door this safe has plenty of room for keys so long as they are not really bulky bunches. The colour codes helped us distinguish between different types of vehicles easily. The security of the safe ticks the boxes for the insurance company and the electronic keycode allows access by multiple users without the expense of having numerous keys made up. Battery life seems good so far considering ours gets opened and closed multiple times per day. Overall a great build making for a great buy.

Product was selected to provide safe storage of keys and small valuables.

Order was placed and safe arrived on a mini pallet for ease of transport and handling. Safe was well protected and in perfect condition when unpacked.

Fitting was very easy using pre-drilled holes, I would recommend help from a friend as it is difficult to mark and mount with only 1 pair of hands.

In use the safe is well made and finished to a good standard, security wise there are a number of security features to stop unlimited attempts to get the combination. Programming was easy with the instructions provided even second codes are catered for. All in all well made and has provided peace of mind now when we go out and at night.

We are delighted with the key safe that you supplied. It is easy to use and is very secure. We are n the motor trade and storage of keys has always been a problem for us. Security is paramount and this key safe seems to have all the features that we needed. Its also useful that if the battery runs out it can be accessed from the front panel on the key safe. It is well built and it would take quite a lot of effort for someone to try and break into it. We love the safe and are thinking about buying another one soon.

What is the internal depth for this key cabinet when the door is closed?
Ben, Aylesbury
Once you take into account the locking mechanism in the door and the key hooks you are left with 45mm depth. However the hook bars are removable, once removed the depth is 75mm.

Standard Key Cabinet Installation

We offer professional installation on our complete range of Key Cabinets.

Our experienced engineer will complete a brief site inspection and then discuss their findings with you to agree positioning of your key cabinet.

Your installation will include fixing the key cabinet to the wall using the fixings included with your key cabinet. The fixings are designed for use with a solid surface such as brick or concrete and plasterboard stud walls.

The position of your key cabinet will be governed by safe site access, and other obstructions such as submerged pipes or cables within the wall.

The engineer will carry out a final assessment to ensure the key cabinet is secure before providing a brief demonstration of your key cabinet and confirming the installation has been completed to your satisfaction.

If applicable, additional costs are to be paid before installation begins.
