Good product, incorporates a changing world where customers no longer just need to store paper documents but have data stored on electronic devices. We had a friend who had a fire at his business premises which prompted us to a need that we had of a safe and having researched on-line several different products we found the one that served our needs best as being the Data Combi 2503e. The only hassle we had was with the base fixing, we ordered what we thought we needed and found after the delivery had arrived that the fixing kit was not included in the base kit which was frustrating for the guys who were to install it and also for us as it meant installation was another day. If you could make this information a little clearer on your website that the fixing kit is extra to the base kit for future customers. I was told that not many people bother with the fixing kit but as I pointed out it was transported in on pallet trucks so could be just as easily taken out on similar trucks if it was not fixed down. The actual product was fine but the installation was disappointing with

no reflection on the guys delivering and installing.

The Fire resistant feature and the capacity. The code keypad has a cheap feel to it.

Large enough to store paper files contained in box files and lever arch folders.

The cd/data tape section at the bottom could do with being larger. Sometimes the locks click on when door is open so be careful when closing.

Instructions were clear & concise

Great build quality and I like the auto lock when door is closed. Hooks on back of door for keys quite handy
