Product Reviews

To help us improve our service and the products we offer online we collect reviews from people who actually own our products. We do this to eliminate products from our site which customers decide are simply not good enough and to assist people in making an informed choice based on what other users think.

The reviews we collect are exclusively from our customers who we know own the product and we publish all reviews, good and bad. This guarantees genuine, unbiased reviews.

As a thank you for submitting yourview all customers are entered into our monthly prize draw for a Panasonic Lumix Digital Camera.

The information we ask for includes whether a customer would recommend their purchase to a friend, marks out of 10 for the top five features and their views on the Pros and Cons of the product.

To help other customers decide what to buy, yourview, including your comments, scores, first name/nickname and town, may be displayed on our website and elsewhere on the internet. We will not display any other personal details and you can choose to keep your comments anonymous if you prefer.
