I've given this product a perfect rating due to its easy usage, storage capacity; it can hold two money boxes with easy and still have room to spare. The bolts for the this safe needs to be larger.

the knob is cheap and rattles and I think it will break quite quickly especially the more I use it.

the batteries keep falling out and so the touch pad never works and I have to use the key each time- the design is clearly faulty. Very disappointing

This safe was delivered within a couple of days of us ordering it. The safe is really easy to set up and to use (my husband can do it!). We have screwed it to the wall in our built-in wardrobe for additional security and that was easy too. It is a substantial product affording us all the reassurance we need from a home safe, no idea why we did not have one years ago! The price was very good and the service from the Safe Shop was superb. We would not hesitate to recommend this product and this company as we are extremely happy with both!

The safe is a bit smaller than I expected but is suitable for needs

Not a lot to say really it was as sold a very good product great value for money and so easy to use even my daughter can not get it wrong.

I wont get the camera I know but 100 words are a lot to say about a square box hanging on the wall with a door

The product was as described on the web site. Fitting was straight forward and the safe is easy to use.

I run Dragon Hall Trust - a community centre and Technology Hub that aims to Bridge the Digital Divide by putting technology in front of all children and young people. I bought the safe so I can keep our petty cash secure and any other bits of expensive kit. It really does what it says on the tin, you put your stuff in and keep it secure! I like that you can programme the password numbers and also have a key just incase you foget them! Any change of making this in Lime Green? If you did that your product would be absolutely perfect and I would just have to buy another one!

Good safe, easy to use, looks like it would be enough to hold up any would be burglar for long enough! We use it for vehicle keys as opposed to cash, looks like it will do a good job for that.

I bought a while back a Yale and it was definitely more solid than this one. It's 'ok' but spend a little more and get a more solid safe. Mine was bought mainly due to the space I had created, so this idea of banging it on top and it will open is not an issue for me. It's 'ok'.

Easy to set up and install. Handy size for personal documents, passports, etc. When I originally received the product the lock would not operate, but the service to assess the problem and replace the safe with a new one was excellent. Thank you

Not bad for the price but installation details could be improved. I know its only four hole but they have to be in the right place and the right size.
