Delivery was fast, and trouble free. Safe.co.uk gave a great service, and I was very pleased with my purchase.

I mounted it on the wall for ammo storage mainly, and the police FAO that inspected it was satisfied with it which was great.

The safe build quality was good, and the installation was simple due to having the expansion bolts included. The safe itself isn't too big, but enough for couple of boxes of shotgun shells and plenty for storing .22LR ammunition – more than sufficient for my intended use.

The electronic lock is very simple to use, works well and in this case batteries are in fact, included! The finish is nice, and it’s not too heavy to lift/hold whilst installing. The spare keys that come with it are great, so in fact you can use the safe electronic, or key operated which is nice.

All in all, a good service, great product and I am really pleased with my purchase. Thanks, Safe.co.uk!

Could do with way of telling you when batteries running out

I'm really really unhappy with this product , once I opened the box I literally found bits of this safe in peices . I can't keep anything valuable in something that's already falling apart . I needed a safe for insurance purposes and this will not stand to meet the requirements at all . I don't normally complain but it's just such poor quality and finish for something I've actually paid for . Complete waste of money unfortunately

Unable to set a master code as detailed in the instructions.

The instructions could benefit from more detail and being clearer and easier to understand.

From the day I brought the safe I have had trouble with it , the battery conection is very hit and miss. At the momoent I can only operate the safe with the key the battery still does not work.

Easy to use

Excellent product. So easy to use. Delighted with it! Only one of the two keys worked, but, they immeditely replaced the entire safe.

This is an easy to use small safe, with key pad and key entry allowing you to choose which you prefer.

It doesn’t feel as safe built as I’d expected but my experience has only been with larger safes. That said it was exactly what I needed to ensure passports, cash and a few small valuables are kept safe and out of sight.

It was definitely worth the money, as it meets my house insurance requirements for named valuables.

I will be buying more for my daughters as they move out- due to the price, easy of use, to ensure their valuables have a safe place to reside.

Strong but lightweight.

This safe is really useful for storing small items such as passports, jewellery and cash. It can't really hold much more than an C5 envelope so not really useful for documents. But as it is small it can be hidden quite easily and is not very conspicuous. It appears to be really secure, the key pad is easy to use and it comes with bolts for securing to the floor or a wall or inside a cupboard.

Delivery was very quick and simple, no hassle and the packaging was sufficient that the safe was in good nick when it arrived. I would order from Safe.co.uk again or recommend to a friend.

Nice and easy to use - though I messed up initially and had to use the keys to unlock. Tip, when unlocking move dial to lock, before unlocking (as when using the digital lock, you don't need to move the dial).

For installation I drilled another hole in the back to make it more secure as the wall wasn't perfectly flat.I might re-do it yet, to ensure it really can't be prised off the wall - by drilling right through the wall to a metal plate on the other side, and then using coach bolts.

Perfect size for what I needed - as quite a tight space, I installed it sideways which doesn't impede it's functionality at all.

Overall very pleased with it - particularly as you don't have to use a key.

Great product easy to use, great value for money and great service. Only one thing I would mention, it would have been better if the safe had been delivered in some outer packaging (rather than just the product box with our address stuck on) so it wasn’t obvious we were having a safe delivered.

Size and key over ride

Easy to fit. Small size is ideal for purpose.

Ok dose the job just wanted something compact & light to put in a caravan to keep keys and cards safe from any opportunists! I would not relying on it keeping my prize possessions safe but didn’t expect to at the price! Overall pleased and accurately described!

The product was exactly as it was described. For the use we need it for it is ideal and holds the amount of items that we need it to. it is robust enough and is very easy to use.

Small interior, but I expected that from checking the dimensions.

The only issue..... it seams to have gone through a set of batteries in only a few months (its hardly ever opened!). I’m not sure if this was a battery issue or a safe issue so I will be monitoring it.

Key over-ride in case one has a senior moment and forgets, for example, one's date of birth.

Small enough to conceal in a wardrobe [though not recommended as that's one of the first places that thieves look]

Best secured to a brick wall or a floor with the expanding bolts provided.

The safe could feasibly be forced open by a determined thief using a jemmy or crowbar.

Hence the need to secure it somewhere well out of sight.

Useful for storing the stuff one tends to need when going away on holiday: passports, credit cards, EHIC cards [until after Brexit!]

This is a great safe for every day use. The capacity is small but I knew this when I purchased it. It is ideal for small valuables like jewellery and it is easy to use.

This mini safe is ideal for installing in cabinet or a cupboard. And is easy to use. And is good for your small valuable.

Generally the product is very much what we were after.

The quality is fine, easy to use, and finish is satisfactory.

I do feel, however, that the method of wall fitting leaves something to be desired. By that I mean that the nuts and screws are quite flimsy, and I felt it better to buy my own more robust types.

This is a great little safe, easy to fix to walls etc. and works well for the needs of those handling small amounts of money, or small sized valuables which need to be stored. The only fiddly bit was getting the code to set, which for some reason took several attempts, before working, and then worked fine. This is I think simply due to the design of the keypad and locks fit in to the door - it may be easier if the safe is actually fixed in place before you try it.

All in all this safe is good value for money, and does the task well.

The product works fine as a key and low value safe for short term items which are in for a day or two before moving to put larger safe. Build quality is ok. The keypad operated version tends to drain batteries quite quickly if you don't close the door in a certain way. The fixings to wall / floor are good quality and easy to use but robust. I chose to anchor the safe to wall and floor for added security and this is possible but you will require additional bolts for this. The provision of key hooks on the inside of the safe door are a great idea and saves you scrabbling round for items on the floor of the safe. All in all, good value for money and I would recommend the product as a secondary or key safe

Seems sturdy and secure enough, obviously I haven`t tried to force it open so have to assume it is secure, it was very easy to attach to a wall or it can also be secured to the floor. Batteries seem to be lasting about 3 to 4 months so need to keep the key safe for access when they go flat. A warning of the battery condition prior to failure would be a good addition. Overall it is ideal for securing my house and car keys now I have added a small key hanger unit inside. I can recommended it as it has proved to be ideal for my usage.

This safe does what I hoped for and is, in my opinion, reasonable value for money.

We wanted a small safe to fit into our motor home,so it could be hidden out of site but easy to get into.This safe fitted the site in the motor home just right.I can get into it very easy and it is out of site,Any bigger and this would not be possible.The safe is very well made and looks like it will last the life of our motor home.If you wanted a small safe to be able the keep money and passports safe also all the paperwork you need when travelling ,this is it great.

Just the job for fitting into our caravan. Used on foreign holiday recently to keep passports etc safe.

It just fitted under the seat of my van. I bolted it into position beneath the passenger seat, then put the seat back. There is a convenient access to the key pad. So, very hard to get to without removing the seat.

This is the smallest safe we could find and it is easy to fit and use. We wanted a small safe to keep a few valuables and money in at home and it fits very easily into a small space so is unobtrusive but easily accessible. No choice of colour but that isn't an issue for us. There is also a key to open it if the batteries were to fail so it covers all eventualities. However you need to have a safe place to hide the key!! If you are looking for a small safe for home use this is certainly worth considering it holds a few documents. some money and a small jewelry box

Dose what it says on the tin thanks

The safe I purchased was exactly what I was looking for, very easy to set up and operate and came complete with appropriate fixings.

Just the job. Suits our needs and works well.

Within a week, the batteries needed changing and then within 4 days the batteries were flat again. Is there a design fault? Is something faulty discharging them? It seems a waste of money putting batteries in. We do prefer to use the keypad rater than the key.

Really easy to set up, even for a woman, ha! Works a treat, we have a couple in the office now and have experienced no issues at all.

Compact safe, but deceptively spacious inside. This is ideal for small personal documents and jewelry. Able to be wall mounted if required.

Would not be spacious enough to store larger items/documents.

The delivery from Safe was very quick and efficient and for the price an excellent product.

Small enough to be discreet, big enough to hold all necessary valuables and easy to install wherever you wish to put it, floor or wall mounted, especially as the expansion bolts are included with the product.

The build quality is what you would expect of a much larger and more expensive product. The safe its self feels, solid and very secure and to have this installed gives a confidence to securing ones valuables, so much so I bought 4 others for business use.

This product came swiftly with everything I needed to put it together. Seems sturdy and good double key/pin function. I've used it for passports and small documents for security purposes. I found it easy enough to install once I dedicated the time to. I needed to buy batteries for it but wasn't too much of a problem. Not sure how long it will be before I need to replace. Shame it wasn't a fully fireproof one but I struggled to find one cheaply. Would recommend for those needing to securely hide away small valuables. Certainly enough for passports, jewellery and paperwork.

After having all my stuff stolen last year. We made the decision to buy a safe. We ordered it , an it arrived on the day you said. Its really easy to use. very easy to secure. The fact you can use the code or the key, always means we never have trouble getting into our belongings. So easy to use. All that we do now is get out what we want, when we need it. I had taken to carry my new stuff around with me. we no longer have to hide our money either. it all goes in there an we get it out when we want it. It gives us all peace of mind. when we go away. or just sleeping at night. No one would even know we had one, in the house.

Very disappointing. Batteries don't fit snug and keep moving so you always need to use manual access. What is the point of putting a security number in only to constantly be locked out?

It is perfect for what we wanted,we needed something light and strong and very easy to use and small enough as not to take room up in our caravan

We wanted a small basic safe for a static caravan so that we don't have to carry things like house and car keys when away. This safe provides the necessary basic security, was easy to fix and is easy to use. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. There is an indicator light so we should notice when the bateries are getting low on charge. The safe also comes with a pass key so if the battery fails or someone sets a code and forgets what it is, we can easily open it. Functionally it is very similar to many safes found in hotel rooms.

I thought hard and long to find a suitable birthday present for my maturing grandson who lives in a flat shared with two friends; He has not much space for storage but they have their own rooms 'They have known each other for several years so leaving bits nd pieces around is not an issue;

Having travelled around south east asia for a number of years either back packing or cycling I was always pleased to find a guest house that either had a safe box in the room or behind in reception

So the Phoenix S0721e safe was an ideal present.

My Grandson agreed and now has a "safe place" for his passport financial documents and sundry small items like camera and watch giving him a single safe storage place
