Pros

Truly excellent heavy safe. Electronic lock very simple to use (I actually thought it had to be plugged into the mains..well it doesn´t, battery lasts for over a year, very quick to open and lock. Good size, for home or small business use. Heavy enough and excellent floor locking mechanism. Very pleased with the safe and service.

Important note: I was badly let down by another company and desperately needed the safe to be delivered within three days and it was already the end of the working day. Simple google search and compared prices, then contacted TheSafeShop by phone with a most pleasant surprise. Friendly and helpful...to the extent that "the lady" arranged super fast and above standard delivery without added cost. Within ten or fifteen minutes all was done and the safe was on its way. Arrived ahead bang on time. I am a genuine customer and I was genuinely satisfied. Well done.

Cons

I guess the only negative thing would be the relatively high price of Chubb safes compared with the competition...though, now I am very pleased that I went with this safe.

Cons

More "user friendly" operating instructions would be nice. For example an easy,"quick set-up" guide for those users who only require the most basic feartures.
