The plastic is far too brittle and a piece has already broken off the opening limiter mechanism. The emptying door is also rather fragile and needs to be handled with care. I suspect that these issue will limit the product life to an unacceptable level. It's a shame, as it's a good concept and but for the quality issues it would have got a much higher score.

Not sure how long the plastic hinge mechanism on the letter flap will last especially if a postman tries to ram a large package in.
